My school had a charity sale today to raise fund. The fund is to build a new auditorium since my school doesnt have 1. Anyway, I went there at 7.45. I was asked to help with a game stall. The game stall that I helped with has many customers. After helping for almost 2 hours, I went off to buy stuffs and play games. My mom gave me a RM50 coupon to buy stuffs and play games. To get prizes, one must earn the points to exchange it by playing games. My mom, younger sis and bro came by at 11.30p.m. My mom gave me more coupons because I dont have enough left. I won a magnetic whiteboard spinning the wheel of fortune while my younger sis and bro got a bag and plastic plates. After the games, I went to exchange the points for prizes. I chose a plush, a yo-yo for my sis and two stationery cases for my sis and bro. I went to buy some handicrafts later. Fortunately, the handicrafts had a 50% discount by then. Later, I went to have lunch at 2p.m. and went home.
Yesterday, I’ve had my piano practical exam for Grade 3. I gave my class teacher the reason for not going to school on that day.The venue of my piano examination is at the Hilton Hotel, PJ. My exam time is 10.18a.m. . The examination varies from the music centres. The ABRSM exam also includes guitar exams. I woke up at 7.30a.m. and cant sleep back (nervous?). So, I went down and had breakfast. My mother sent me to the Hilton hotel. There’s a traffic jam so we reached there at 9.00, since I am supposed to register there an hour before the examination. While waiting, my friend and classmate, XY, came into the waiting room. We chatted a little and it’s exam time. I went inside the examination room. My exam went smoothly (cross my fingers, hope to get a distinction). After the exam, I said goodbye to my friend and went to have some ‘dim sum’. We were very full and the lunch costs about RM25. Later, we went to 1 Utama. Firstly, we went to Popular bookstore to browse around. I read some storybooks and bought a 20,000 A-CASH (if you dont know what that is, it is a pre-paid card for Maple Story cash shop). It costs RM48. Then, we went to watch a movie: “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”. We went into the cinema after buying the tickets, some soft drinks and popcorns. The movie is about a war between the Telmarines and the Narnians. Since it was Tuesday, the arent so many people. In fact, there are only like 10 people in the cinema besides us. The movie was wonderful. We went to the MPH bookstore later that day (I cant get enough of them). We had pizza at Pizza Hut for dinner. Since there’s only two of us, we ordered a Sensasi Delight. We were bloated (at least I am). When we got back home, I went to top-up my A-CASH via the net. When I finished playing Maple, I went to sleep… and had a long, long dream…
25.5.08 (Sat.) ~ We went to Underwater World Langkawi. There are lots of fishes there. The visit was a good one, I’ve learned about lots of fish and had a chance to see penguins, jellyfish, otters, seals and had a try at touching a snake. Later, we went to buy some souvenirs there too. I bought a mobile accessory (it is special cause it has a written grain of rice in it) and a few key chains for my friends. The key chains are made of seashells. My cousins had a tattoo put on but I declined the offer. After that, we went to have lunch. The food was quite nice there. Unfortunately, it rained that day. We made a change of plans and went to ‘Dataran Lang’. The eagle is huge and beautiful and there are lots of eagles there too! That night, my aunt bought a few delicacies from the hawker stalls nearby and we went to our hotel rooms to eat. After that, I played Uno cards with my cousins. Who knows, just before we were finishing the game, everyone was too tired to continue and gave up. What a lucky day for me, ha ha! Well, I guess that’s for now…
24.7.08 ~ the day when my family and I were getting ready to get to Langkawi via Firefly airlines, we missed the flight. So, we went to buy the flight tickets again because the tickets for the flight we missed was burned. While we were waiting for the flight, we went to Subang Parade and shopped there. When it is near our flight time, we went back to the Subang Airport. After an hour’s flight, we reached Langkawi. We went to the beach after the hotel check-in. The scenery is magnificent there! Wan to have a photo of it? Here it is.
After that, we went to a restaurant. We had some crab, fish, chicken, prawns and some veggies. Later, we went back to the hotel and slept soundly. Oh, and did I forget to mention that some of my relatives went there too?!
