The torture of the exams…

We finished our UPSR examinations (for 12 year-old students in Malaysia) on Thursday.

I cant say that I’ll get 7As (straight As) but I know I could get as many As as possible. Some may say that the Chinese objective paper was hard. But in my opinion, it was just the same as all the model tests that I’ve done, only slightly harder, I love challenges. So, it was like freedom after the exam. We had the exams for 3 days, starting from 9 September to 11 September. We had the exams at our school, but in a different class. I got a little nervous on Monday (the day before the exam) and revised like crazy. The first paper that we took was BM objective (a little hard in my opinion, but not too much). Then, it was a 20-minuts break. Later, we had BM Penulisan and it was OK because our BM teacher taught us to write an essay ‘Cita-cita saya’ (my ambition) on Monday. Miraculously, that was the first option on the section. I was very thankful, I even prayed every night… ^^ We also had Maths Paper 2 after a 30-minutes break. The next day, we had Maths paper 1, Chinese objective and Chinese written (well… I got a little nervous by then becuz Chinese is my worst subject). On the third and final day, we had our Science and English paper 1. Science was a little tough for me too ^^ The last paper we had was English paper 2. The examiner had us started earlier so that we finifshed earlier. So, after the examination, we went back to out classes and gathered (the pupils are from different classes). I heard a class shouting ‘Merdeka!’ after they went into their class. Our class did it later (after the bell rang). Well, good luck to all of the students who took part in the UPSR! (in getting 7As)
