It remains as one of the largest, untouched forest reserves in the world

are standing on the front of the boat

kai ye and kai ma

Eskimo onboard? nay… juz kai ye

dead water… well, this is not so serious as we are on a lake
Dead water is the nautical term for a strange phenomenon which can occur when a layer of fresh or brackish water rests on top of denser salt water, without the two layers mixing. A ship traveling in such conditions may be hard to maneuver or can even slow down almost to a standstill. Much of the energy from the ship’s propeller only results in waves and turbulence between the two layers of water, leaving a ship capable of traveling at perhaps as little as 20% of its normal speed

On the way to the waterfalls
this climb is better but still full of leeches ><

rest and lunch~

unfortunately, it is raining
so we cant go to the waterfalls
have to wait for the rain to stop

saw the sign to Kellie’s Castle so we made a detour there ^^
Kellie’s Castle (sometimes also called Kellie’s Folly) is located near Batu Gajah, and is about 20 minutes’ drive from Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. The unfinished, ruined mansion, was built by a Scottish planter named William Kellie Smith. According to differing accounts, it was either a gift for his wife or a home for his son.

I wonder how do people drive these days?
Traffic light oso become like dis dy

have to pay admission fees…not very expensive la
below RM5 per person

it is said that the wooden frames on the windows are made of cengal wood
it hasnt infested by termites for more than 100 years

linen storeroom

whoa~ if it was completed, how nice it would have been

the history of the castle is written in different languages

Correct me if I’m mistaken…
1st pic: Kellie’s son
2nd pic: Kellie’s daughter and a bull

idk who is that but he got into my pic of the nice structure

I wonder if I can survive the fall
